Ujaas Energy Ltd, a leading solar field player, has secured an order for solar power plants of a total capacity of 2 MW in the state of Assam.

“Ujaas has received work order from Assam Energy Development Agency (AEDA) for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of aggregate capacity of 2 MW under RESCO mode of grid connected solar PV rooftop power plants in Assam,” the company said in a statement.

Ujaas Energy Ltd, formerly M and B Switchgears Ltd, is a leading national provider of solar power with SP-1A solar energy grading. The company engages in the manufacture and distribution of transformers and is headquartered in Indore. It operates through seven solar parks at various locations in Madhya Pradesh.
