Ramalingam Construction Company Private Limited has participated in a tender issued by Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation Limited (TNPHC) for the project “ Construction of 596 Nos. of PC/HC Quarters with development works for Armed Reserve Police at Pudupet in Chennai city, Tamil Nadu ”.
The company emerged as the successful bidder and is in receipt of the respective AOC. The bid project cost quoted by the company is INR 848.41 million. The project is expected to be completed in 330 days.
