Shares of PSP Projects touched 52-week high of Rs 463, advancing 12 percent in the early trade on Wednesday on the back of contract win worth Rs 1575 crore.

The company has received letter of intent from Surat Diamond Bourse for main contract works at Surat Diamond Bourse.

The total value of the contract is Rs 1575 crore and the project schedule is 30 months.

The trading window will remain close from October 11 to October 13.

The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on October 11, at the registered office of the company, for approval amongst other items of agenda, for availing financial assistance from banks.
