MEP Infra Bags Rs 325-Cr Order in Maharashtra

Mumbai-based MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd (MEP) has bagged a road project worth Rs 325.08 crore from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd (MSRDC).

“MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd (MEP) has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dated June 28, 2017, from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd (MSRDC) informing that MEP has been engaged for operation and maintenance of Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link and Toll Plaza & Collection of Toll on whole upfront basis,” the company said in a statement on Thursday.

According to the company, the period of the contract is three years from the date of work order. “The operations will commence within 45 days from the date of this LOA, after complying the statutory formalities, namely, submission of performance security, signing of contract etc,” it said.

MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd is engaged in providing of civil contractors and road construction contractors services. MEP shares were trading in the red at Rs 112.50, down 0.79% from the previous closing of Rs 113.40, on BSE at 2.38 pm today.
