McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited has received an order from Hindustan Zinc Limited relating to work of "design, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning, execution of civil & structural work" at its Zawar Mines, Udaipur, Rajasthan, worth INR 1650 million with the following specification: 1. The breakup of the above-mentioned contract price is as mentioned below: Supply: INR 104.389 million Erection: INR 8.925 million Civil & Structural (Related to Plant & Machinery): INR 1.320 million
Civil & Structural (Not Related to Plant & Machinery): INR 25.615 million Successful Mechanical Completion: INR 16.50 million Successful Performance Guarantee Test: INR 8.250 million
2. General Terms and Conditions: a. The company's scope of work includes all erection work including site supervision (except for equipment supplied by the owner) and inspection, construction of all civil foundations for structures and equipment, construction of superstructures and construction works, per-operational checking, starting, calibration, system balancing, all commissioning activity including startup, trail run, and any other activity required for erection, testing & commissioning of facility including demonstration of performance guarantees.
b. The company shall provide erection consumables like oxygen and acetylene gas, welding rods, solder lugs, oil, grease, kerosene, cotton waste, etc. required for the erection of equipment/steel structure and execution of civil and structural works for the facility. c. Procuring comprehensive insurance policy covering marine, handling and erection risks valid up to completion and taking over of the facility. d. The company is required to carry out necessary soil investigation on the required areas of the facility.

of the contract. f. Power supply for construction purpose at 415 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz AC at a single point within the battery limit free of cost. g. Water supply for the construction purpose free of cost, at a single point.
h. The surplus material, construction tools and tackles shall be the property of the company. The company shall be entitled to take it away against documentary evidence.
