M3M India has awarded its construction contract worth Rs 350 crore to three construction firms. The contracts are to build 2,194 units having 2.6 million sq ft of space in Gurgaon, in the state of Haryana.

Tata group’s subsidiary company, Tata Projects, secured two projects -- 'M3M Latitude' and 'M3M Urbana Business Park' -- from M3M India.

The projects 'M3M The Marina' and 'M3M Sierra 68' were bagged by AarCee Contracts, while 'M3M TeePoint' was secured by Wig Brothers.

The projects ‘M3M Urbana Business Park’ and ‘M3M Tee Point’ are commercial projects, while the rest are residential developments.

The company aims to deliver five of its key projects in the next six months.
