Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Construction has bagged two grid-connected solar PV power plant projects in India worth INR 5.9 billion ($92 million).

The NLC India Ltd (formerly Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd) has awarded a 100 MW (AC) in the state of Tamil Nadu. The company has reported that this is one of the largest solar orders the business has secured from a Navratna enterprise of the Government of India.

Whereas, the second project order comes from the SB Energy One Pvt Ltd, of SoftBank Group, for building a 100 MW (AC) at Bhadla Phase III solar park in Rajasthan.
