KNR Construction Up 12%; Bags Order Worth Rs 415 Crore

Shares of KNR Construction gained 12 percent intraday Thursday receives order worth of Rs 414.90 crore from MoRTH.



The order has been awarded by Chief Engineer, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) New Delhi towards rehabilitation and upgradation of NH-209 of Dindigul-Bangalore road in the state of Tamil Nadu.



This EPC based order is to be completed within a period of 24 months from the appointed date. The company's board meeting is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.



At 09:27 hrs KNR Constructions was quoting at Rs 525.05, up Rs 10.05, or 1.95 percent on the BSE.
