Mumbai-based Arihant Superstructures today announced that its subsidiary Arihant Abode has granted construction works contract worth Rs. 825 crore to Capacite Infraprojects for its project named as ‘Arihant Aspire’. The housing project is located at Panvel near Navi Mumbai proposed Airport with Capacite Infraprojects Ltd.

According to the company, the contract is valued at Rs. 825 crore square feet. The scope of work includes construction of civil and structural, finishing and MEP works to be executed in phases for 8 residential buildings of 42 floors each.
