Bansal Construction Works has successfully bagged the Hatupur diamond mineral block in Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. The diamond mineral block contains precious stone deposit of around Rs 106 crore, while the final bid was received at 22.31 percent.

The diamond mineral block covers an area of 133.50 ha and is presently under G3 category. The Hatupur Diamond mineral block has deposit of 0.604 tonne of inferred resources with diamond incidence of 10.20 carat/100 tonne.

An additional amount of Rs 25 crore is estimated over the mining lease period from the block to the state government, while royalty and other statutory payments are estimated to be around Rs 11 crore.
