Zundal Enterprise is planning to develop a commercial complex The CBD at Zundal in Gandhinagar district of Gujarat.

The project will comprise a building with 275 shops, 300 seats in food court, 1,524 seats in multiplex,16 hall & two storage including parking facility.

Zundal Enterprise is awaiting environment clearance for the project.
