Z Engineers Construction intends to develop a high rise residential complex Z Padmanabha at Pahal in Khurda district of Odisha.

The project comprise one building of 2B+ S+ 31 floors with total 468 flats including parking provision.

Work on the project is expected to commence by November 2022.

In August 2022, Z Engineers Construction received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Odisha for the project.
