White Properties is developing a residential complex 'Legacy Midaura' at Rahatani in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 1.35 acre of land parcel and see development of a tower of two basement+ground+29 upper floors with 147 flats and clubhouse of G+1 floor including parking provision.

In July 2022, the company received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Excavation work is in progress for the project.

The company is expecting to complete the project by December 2024.
