Wellknown Polyesters intends to expand manmade fibre unit capacity in Daman district of Daman and Diu.

The project will see capacity expansion from 3.29 lakh tpa to 16.20 lakh tpa.

Wellknown Polyesters is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
