Virchow Petrochemical is setting up active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturing unit with a capacity of 1,750 tpm in Mahaboob Nagar district of Telangana.

The project also includes a 12 MW co-generation power plant.

Excavation work is in progress. Contractor and machinery supplier has been finalised for the project.

The project is expected to be completed by June 2023.
