V G Parekh Builders intends to develop shopping mall Vinayak Mall in Shivamogga district of Karnataka.

The project will spread over 2.08 acre of land parcel and comprise a building which includes commercial shops, multiplex and hotel along with parking facility.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.

V G Parekh Builders has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Karnataka for the project.
