Utkal Builders intends to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex at Patia, Bhubaneswar in Khurda district of Odisha.

The project will spread over 1.18 acre of land and see development of residential building with 80 flats, commercial building including parking provision.

In July 2022, the company has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Odisha for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by November 2022.
