Unique Spaces is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex 'K Meadows' at Punawale village, Mulshi Taluka in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 5.96 acre of land parcel.

The project will see development of seven residential buildings with 824 flats, one commercial buildings and clubhouse of ground + one floor including parking facility.

In July 2022, Unique Spaces has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Excavation work is in progress for the project.

The project is expected to be completed by December 2025.
