Unique Choice Associates is developing a residential complex 'Que 914’ at Keshavnagar, Mundhawa in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 1.38 acre of land parcel and see development of four wings with 664 flats and club house along with parking facility.

In July 2022, the company received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Excavation work is in progress for the project.

The company is expecting to complete the project by December 2026.
