Terminus Anuktha Ventures is planning to construct residential villas at Gollur village in Maheshwaram mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project comprises construction of 163 residential villas of G+2 floors and a club house along with parking facility.

The project will spread over 37.07 acre of land.

The company is awaiting for environment clearance for the project. Also the contractor and architect is yet to be appointed.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
