Swagath Housing Corporation is developing a residential complex Swagath Jubilant in Sanga Reddy, Medak district of Telangana.

The project will include three blocks, two residential blocks with 215 flats and an amenities block.

In January 2022, Swagath Housing Corporation has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.

Around 10 per cent work on the project was completed.
