Sushma Group has raised a fund of Rs 50 crore from the State Bank of India (SBI) for its holiday homes project in progress.

The investment raised from SBI will be used in developing the holiday homes in Dharampura. The holiday homes project, Sushma Elementa, is located near Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

Sushma Elementa, spread over six acre, has multiple features, including a lavish club, valley facing apartments, barbeque zones and a picturesque setting.
