Sukhwani Infracon is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex Yashone Eternitee at Maan in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will see development of seven buildings, five residential buildings, two commercial buildings and clubhouse of podium level+ one floor including parking provision.

In July 2022, Sukhwani Infracon has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Excavation work on the project is in progress.

The project is expected to be completed by December 2025.
