South Western Railway has invited bids for construction of new BG Railway Line in the state of Karnataka.

The scope of work includes construction of new BG Railway Line between ch 45775 & ch 54880 (9.105 km) including railway electrification signal and telecommunication works and general electrical services between Chikkamagalur (excl) & Hadihalli (incl) stations in Kadur- Chikkamagalur-Belur New Line Project.

The estimated value of the project is Rs 138.16 crore with completion period of 15 months.
