Social Justice, Empowerment & Welfare Department, Sikkim is planning to construct residential model school building at Hee-Gyathang in North Sikkim.

Mittal Trading Co. has bagged a contract worth Rs. 56.41 crore for construction of residential school.

Social Justice, Empowerment & Welfare Department, Sikkim has received all necessary clearances for the project.

Preparatory work is underway on the project. Work on the project is expected to commence by the end of September 2022.
