Shakuntalam Infradevelopers is planning to develop a residential complex 'Shree Vinayakam Aradhya' at Naraur & Balirampur villages in Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh.

The project will spread over 2.20 acre of land parcel and comprises construction of three towers with 248 flats along with parking facility.

In August 2022, the company received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Uttar Pradesh for the project.

The contractors finalization process is underway and work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.

The project is expected to be completed by December 2027.
