Sankla Buildcon is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex ‘Sommet’ in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 8.11 acre of land parcel and see development of seven residential buildings, commercial block with 544 flats, 10 shops, 99 offices, two club house along with parking facility.

In August 2022, Sankla Buildcon received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Around 40 percent work has been completed on tower 1,2,3 & 4. Work is expected to be completed by December 2024.
