Sai Krupa Ventures is planning to develop a commercial complex in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project will spread over 4.81 acre of land parcel. The project will see development of a building including mall, office spaces, multiplex-8 screen, food court, retail along with parking facility.

In July 2022, Sai Krupa Ventures received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
