Rohan Gharkul intends to develop commercial complex at Lohgaon village in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will comprise a blocks and club house including parking facility. Rohan Gharkul has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by November 2022.

Contractor & machinery supplier are yet to be finalised.
