The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for leasing out a land parcel of 3.5 acre at Dharmavaram, Andhra Pradesh for commercial development.

The lease period if 45 years and reserve price is Rs 9.58 crore. The land parcel is located on approximately 15.0 mtr wide station road, adjacent to Chennai-Anantapur Highway (NH-716).
