RG Group is planning to develop a group housing project KVir Tower at Greater Noida (West) in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

The project will spread over 8.15 acre of land parcel. The project will see development of 10 towers with total 1534 flats and park, jogging & walking tracks, community hall along with parking facility.

In July 2022, the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Uttar Pradesh granted Terms of Reference (ToR) for the project.

RG Group is awaiting RERA approval for the project.

Work on the project is likely to commence by November 2022.
