Providence Realty is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex Highland Sky Tower at Naupada in Thane district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 3.11 acre of land parcel and comprise two building – A with 250 flats and B with 156 flats.

Work on the project commenced in January 2022. Providence Realty has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Podium work is underway on the project.

Project is expected to be completed by December 2025.
