Pride Purple Group is planning to develop a residential complex Park Landmark in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 4.98 acre of land parcel, comprising two buildings with 328 flats, 18 shops & club house of ground floor along with parking facility.

Pride Purple Group has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
