Praveen Laboratories is setting up active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and its intermediates manufacturing unit at Saykha in Bharuch district of Gujarat.

The unit will have a capacity of 60 tpm. The project will spread over 4.7 acre of land parcel and create job opportunities for around 100 people.

In May 2022, the company received environment clearance (EC) for the project.

Civil work on the project is underway. The project is expected to be completed by July 2023.
