Pegasus Land & Housing is planning to develop an affordable group housing project ROF Ambliss at Shikohpur village, in Gurugram district of Haryana.

The project will include development of seven towers with 798 flats also include anganwadi/creche, community hall along with parking facility.

Pegasus Land & Housing is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
