Paramount Taj & Narayani Builders is planning to develop a commercial complex 'Capital Avenue' at Beltola, Guwahati in Kamrup district of Assam.

The project will spread over 1.32 acre of land parcel. The project comprises construction of one building of two basements + ground + eight upper floors including parking provision.

The company is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is likely to be commenced by February 2023.
