Palmsprings Realities is planning to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex 'The Palm Paradise' at Vadaj village in Sabarmati taluka in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.

The project will spread over 1.97 acre of land and comprises total 6 blocks of 13 floor each with 302 flats & 31 shops along with parking facility.

Work on the project is expected to commence by September 2022.

The project is expected to be completed by August 2025.

In June 2022, the project has received environment clearance from SEIAA, Gujarat.
