The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for upgradation of Gorakhpur Bypass.

The scope of work includes upgrading and rehabilitation of existing Gorakhpur bypass to six-lane configuration from 253.550 km to 285.270 km (design length - 31.720 km) of NH-28 (new NH-27) in the state of Uttar Pradesh on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

The estimated value of the project is Rs 548.06 crore.
