Mont Vert Needs is developing a commercial complex Mont Vert Axis at Bavdhan Budruk, in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 1.8 acre of land parcel, comprising one building of seven parking+ shop floor+ 21 floors with 16 shops, 263 offices and one restaurant.

In January 2021, Mont Vert Needs received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Around 85 percent work has been completed on the project. The project is expected to be completed by December 2024.
