Mohan Green Energies is planning to set up grain based ethanol unit with a capacity of 200 klpd at Remalle village, Bapulapadu mandal in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh.

The project will spread over 17.25 acre of land parcel and also includes installation of six MW co-generation power plant.

The company is awaiting environment clearance for the project. The contractor and machinery suppliers are yet to be appointed.

The company also in the process of achieving financial closure.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
