Lotus Properties intends to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex Urban Homes at Charholi Budruk in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will comprise three buildings with 374 flats and 28 shops & club house along with parking facility.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.

Lotus Properties has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.
