KS Infraspace is planning to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex 'K10 Matrix' at Subhanpura in Vadodara district of Gujarat.

The project will spread over 2.27 acre and comprise six buildings with total 204 flats and 24 shops including parking provision.

Work on the project is expected to commence by September 2022.

KS Infraspace has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Gujarat for the project.
