The Karnataka Maritime Board has invited tenders for development of an all-weather deepwater greenfield port at Keni in Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka.

The proposed project will be developed under public private partnership on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) model.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 4,118.84 crore.
