Karma Lakelands is planning to develop residential colony at Revenue Estate of Naurangpur village, Sector-80 in Gurugram district of Haryana.

The project will spread over 31.28 acre of land parcel and see development of six towers with 762 flats.

In August 2021, SEIAA Haryana, accorded environment clearance (EC) for the residential colony project.

Process of design and specification was underway for the project.
