Jamb Propbuild is developing affordable group housing project 'Breez Global Heights 89' at Harsaru village, Sector-89 in Gurguram district of Haryana.

The project will spread over 8.69 acres of land parcel and comprises 15 towers, tower 1-9 of stilt/G+29 floors, tower 10 & 11 of stilt/G+6 floors, tower 12 & 13 of stilt/G+8 floors, tower 14 of stilt/G+13 floors, tower 15 of stilt/G+14 floors with 1,266 flats and a commercial and a community center.

Excavation work on the project is underway.

The project is expected to be completed by December 2025.
