IRA Vian Properties intends to develop a high rise residential complex at Kollur in Medak district of Telangana.

The project will comprise a block of 2B+stilt+26 floors with 237 flats including parking facility. IRA Vian Properties has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.

IRA Vian Properties is awaiting some necessary permissions.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
