Inoa Properties & Developers is planning to develop shopping mall Ozone Mall in Malappuram district of Kerala.

The project will come up over 2.43 acre of land parcel. It will see development of main commercial block and services block, other amenities such as commercial retail shops, anchor shops, food court, family entertainment centre along with parking facility.

Inoa Properties & Developers is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
