Infinitee Developers is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex YashONE Infinitee at Maan village, Mulshi taluka in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 6.60 acre of land parcel and see development of 11 buildings -- Building A1-A2, B1-B2, C1-C2, D1-D2, inclusive housing building (MHADA), Commercial – 1 & 2 and club house.

The project is being implemented in phases. Infinitee Developers has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Building D1-D2 & C1-C2 internal work is underway.

Around 20 percent work has been completed on building A1-A2 & B1-B2. Apart from this, excavation work was underway for inclusive housing building (MHADA).
