Indorama India is expanding man made fabrics unit in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. The capacity will be raised from 16,500 tpa to 28,500 tpa.

In August 2022, Indorama India received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Himachal Pradesh for the project.

Civil work on the project is in progress. The project is expected to be completed by March 2023.
