The Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (IIT) has invited bids for construction of faculty housing tower.

The scope of work includes construction of precast two faculty housing tower (G+12) three staff housing towers (G+12) and three hostel blocks (G+6) RCC structures.

The estimated value of the works is Rs 261.86 crore.
